Apparently, the owner of this boat did not notice that if fell off his/her trailer while heading eastward along Minutemen Causeway next to City Hall this afternoon around 3:15PM. Cocoa Beach Police were on the scene but have yet to locate the boat's owner. A tow-truck was dispatched and the boat was removed from the scene within approximately 30 minutes thus quickly preventing any traffic problems in the area. The police are continuing to investigate.
